A thank you page is just a confirmation message that shows an action has been completed successfully. We can design thank you page just like the rest of the options of the Preference Managment page.

Adding tags like {{contact.email}}, {[contact.first_name}} makes the page appear more personalised.

In order to create a new “Thank you page”, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Hover the cursor to the “Contacts” tab and then click on “New Preference Page” in the resulting drop-down menu.
  2. Give an appropriate name and select “Thank you page” under page type.

  3. Design the page using the editor tools or paste the HTML into the source.
  4. Once the changes are done, kindly click on “Save page” at the bottom. It will then re-direct to the preference index page.
