Footer management is used to design custom footers for your campaigns. With this feature, you can use your own preference pages (manage subscription, edit profile, report spam, 1-click unsubscribe and thank you pages) in the footers of your campaigns.

To use the footer management feature, please follow these steps:

1. Hover your cursor over the Maropost logo and click ‘Email’.

2. Hover your cursor over ‘Content’ and click on ‘Footer Management’.

3. This brings you to the footer management index page. There are four options under the name of a footer:

a. Preview  This is used to view a preview of a footer.
b. Edit – This is used to edit a footer.
c. Delete – This is used to delete a footer.
d. Set as Default – This is used to set a custom footer as default.

To create a new custom footer, please follow these steps:

1. From the ‘Footer Management’ index page, hover your cursor over ‘Content’ click on ‘New Footer’.

2. Here is where you can create your custom footer. Enter the name of the new footer.

3. You can use the editor to design a footer or you can also paste HTML code after clicking on ‘Source’.

4. If you want to use your own custom preference pages, then you can select the pages by clicking on the drop-down under the editor.

5. If you don’t have any custom preference pages, then you can select the default preference pages.

6. Click ‘Save Footer’ and your new custom footer will be saved in your account.
